The strong construction in galvanized sheet makes it resistant in tough environments. Electronically controlled feeding ensures that perfect and stable arc tension is maintained. The four-wheel feed mechanism with grooves in both pressure and feed rollers provides stable wire feed and low pressure on the wire, which reduces interference. The feeder is equipped with 30 mm feed rollers and is adapted for both solid and tubular wires up to 1.6 mm. All setting functions are easily visible on the sloping front. Logic-Pump automatically starts the cooling water as soon as the water-cooled gun is connected and prevents overheating. The panel has a digital V/A meter and has switches for cold wire feeding or gas flushing. The front panel is easy to set up and the controls are precise. Balance arm, wheel set or lifting eye are easily mounted. If mini-mechanization with e.g. Miggytrac or Railtrac is needed, it is easily connected to the feeder plant's fixed socket. The feeders are manufactured according to standard IEC 60974-5 and have a low operating voltage, 42V AC. An overload circuit protects against downtime.
