The blasting booth is used so that the workpiece is placed inside the cabinet and the operator stands outside with his arms stuck through sealed openings. During the blasting process, the blasting material returns and is constantly reused until it is exhausted or so worn out that it loses its abrasive effect. Suitable for surface cleaning in workshops, vocational schools, foundries, painting shops, glass workshops, etc. The blast gun is an ejector gun with a tungsten carbide nozzle. Large front hatch with door latch and sight glass made of 4 mm tempered glass, mounted in Z-strip that can be easily replaced when mated. The cabin includes a blast gun and nozzle, gloves and a fluorescent fixture complete with fluorescent tubes.
As a suitable blasting agent, glass balls are recommended.
When blasting coarse material, cabins no smaller than ILB 2000 are recommended.
ILB 700: Can be connected to a central extraction system or to a transportable extraction unit.
ILB 775: Supplied complete with dust extraction source.
